Naviair appoints Lotte Spanggaard as new HR Director
Naviair has appointed Lotte Spanggaard as its new HR Director. She will take up the position on 1 May 2026, bringing more than 20 years of experience in HR, leadership, and organisational development from both public and private sector organisations.
Lotte Spanggaard joins Naviair from her role as Head of HR at the Danish Parliament Administration, where she has held overall responsibility for the HR function, including personnel administration, organisational development, and leadership development.
CEO Anders Rex says:
- "With Lotte, we are gaining a highly experienced HR Director with strong capabilities in strategy, organisational development, and leadership. She has worked in complex organisations and is well accustomed to operating at the intersection of professional expertise, day-to-day operations, and organisational development. She will be an important addition to Naviair in the years ahead."
Lotte has previously held a number of senior HR and labour relations positions, including Team Manager at the Danish Association of Managers and Executives (Lederne) and Director of Negotiations at the Danish Association of Masters and PhDs. She also has experience from the central government administration, including the Danish Ministry of Defence.
